Many guys who want to lose their love handles will think about going on ‘a diet’, which usually involves cutting carbs or only eating fruits and salads.

These approaches are very much practised, but merely work for the long-term goals. They’re quick fixes that eventually lead to falling off the diet, and oftentimes gaining more weight back than before.

Basically no matter how much exercise you do, if you’re not eating healthily, you’re  wasting your time and effort !

If your eating habits are poor, you’re not going to be able to reduce those inches near your belly.

Essentially, there are two elements to healthy eating. The first is to eat a balanced diet; the second is to intake fewer calories than your body needs.

To manage these two things effortlessly, start by auditing your meals.

The balanced meal plate is a ½ plate of vegetables, ¼ plate of protein, and ¼ plate carbohydrates.

We know as a busy Father or an employee of an organisation it’s not always simple to get a good amount of sleep  each night, but it is essential for your well-being AND your efforts to lose your love handles.

Formal exercise means a particular workout plan or more intense session of physical activity or sport.
