Hola summer!!! This year the summer is taking a toll on us. We are hardly being able to live without sweat drooling over our bodies. Here comes in the matter of staying hydrated because, at the end of the day, you are required to regain the water you lost from your body. Today in this post we are going to talk about 5 alternates to stay dehydrated this summer.

YES! Water is tasteless but the basic need of humans. But sometimes we people just do not get too much along with water and require a change for a bit. Here we are with 5 things which can act as an alternative for your water and at the same time taste yummilicious.

The best way to stay hydrated except for water is to intake fruits in a regular manner. Fruits generally have a high amount of water in it like watermelon, papaya, mangoes, peaches, etc.

So, try to be regular with the fruits and make it a habit. The vitamins will keep you healthy and the hydration will keep your skin look glossier and fresh.

UNCOOKED FOOD :

The cooking of food will make you lose a lot of water and make the nutrients in it decrease day by day. Therefore, it is recommended that you try to eat food in an uncooked manner.

This way the protein remains intact and also it will help you get the amount of water in a quantity more than the cooked one.

JUICES AND SOUPS :

When you have these seasonal fruits or vegetables which you love during the summer such as tomatoes, carrots, celery stalks, watermelon, etc. you can opt to go for Juice or Soups out of it.

That will have a high amount of water and freshness into it which will keep you hydrated all day long. What a good and healthy way to do it right.
