Power Yoga is nothing but an extension of traditional yoga that gives more physical benefits along with enlightenment (which is the ultimate motive of traditional yoga). Power Yoga is the vinyasa-style yoga innovated in the year 1990s by two Americans who were disciples of K.Pattabhi Jois.
