Today we are going to get to know about our little lovely diet “Keto” or “Ketogenic Diet”.

Keto Diet or Ketogenic is a form of diet which is more or less similar to the Atkins Diet. It helps you to cut down the intake of carbohydrates consumption. The diet includes more calories from the consumption of proteins and fats which makes our favorite food items such as low carb veggies, seafood, cheese, meat & poultry, eggs, and avocados, etc. to be mostly used in our diet chart(definitely NOT BORING!!).

Researchers have vouched for this Keto Diet and say that it has proven to be safe for people having the issues related to “Overweight & Obesity”. There is simply no harm in following their diet chart unless you aren’t a “Diabetic”. There is a slight risk found for the people suffering from diabetes for the rich protein and fat diet as it might sometimes lead to the increase in number of butter or cheese intake and decrease in the vegetables (which is certainly a part of the keto diet) as per the person’s food interest might elevate the risk even more. Although there are some keto diet charts prepared specifically for Diabetic People who are willing to lose their weight with such an efficient diet.

And as per records, those who are following a Keto Diet lose about 1-2 pounds per week( like WOAH!!! ).

The process is simple yet too smooth on your taste buds which makes it even a better diet to follow. It will burn down your fats instead of carbohydrates. Although there are certain negativities to it which could be prevented if handled with precautionary knowledge and measures. To the healthy days approaching ahead.
